The feed is one long shooting session. Catch and shoot. Off the dribble. The same pocket of the floor until the net stops moving. Captions stay short because the film does the talking: MODE, Sniper Mode, Inside Package. The vocabulary of someone who is in the gym more than on the caption screen.

II.Why it matters
Plenty of accounts show makes. Fewer show the boring middle of skill work, the part aspiring players actually need to copy. This is a feed you can train alongside: pick a clip, take it to your gym, and run the same reps. That is the whole invitation.
