Kore Hoop: Designing Drills to Empower Skilled Basketball Players
The details separate good from great. Footwork, pickups, and a coach who refuses the bare minimum.
I.The standard
Kore Hoop’s drills start where most training content stops. Standing-still form shooting is called what it is, the bare minimum. The real work is footwork, hip swings, a strong controlled base, the unglamorous details most players skip and the exact reason most players plateau. Even the pickups get drilled: five variations, daily, the way elite guards break them down before a workout even starts.

II.The coach in the room
Between breakdowns the personality shows: laughing with clients touching an NBA ball for the first time and realizing the leather is a different planet, celebrating a student’s journey by name. It is a feed by someone who is actually in gyms with actual players, and it reads that way.
“The details SEPARATE the good from the great.”
“You reap what you sow.”
